Claire Gao

Hi! My name is Claire, and I attend Staten Island Technical High School in New York City. I am the Chapter Lead for the Staten Island chapter of Everything Starts Small.

I have always been passionate about wildlife conservation and environmental science. Through my research on changing bird populations and habitat use, I have seen how human activity and climate change can impact local ecosystems. These experiences have inspired me to educate others and encourage small, meaningful actions that help protect our environment.

As Chapter Lead, I am excited to grow our chapter, organize community initiatives, and inspire others to make a difference.
